2 SWIMMING POOLS

For guests, at villa Mulino delle Capannacce there is a fabulous swimming pool of 15 x 6 metres. Surrounded by a garden with flowers and fruit trees , an ideal spot for sunbathing.

2 TENNIS COURTS

For all guests at Villa Mulino delle Capannacce is available the new tennis court.

For all guests at Mimmi’s B&B there is a tennis court which may be booked for a nominal fee.

A tennis coach and lessons are available most days.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REIMBURSEMET

  • The deposit is not refundable.
  • Total reimbursement without security if cancellation is communicated 45 days before arrival.
  • 25 % reimbursement without security if cancellation is communicated up to 20 days before arrival.
  • No reimbursement if cancellation is communicated less than 20 days before arrival

 

BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

  • A deposit of 150 euro is requested with your final payment and it will not be cashed provided that there has been no damage and the property has been left clean and in good order.

    INSURANCE

    • We recommend strongly that you take out Comprehensive Personal Travel Insurance which will provide you with a suitable degree of personal/public liability protection and Holiday Cancellation Insurance in the event of cancellation. The use of the accommodation is entirely at the visitor’s risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury or illness during a visitor’s stay. Nor loss or damage to personal belongings or car.
